The control method simultaneously controls the movement of a number of autonomous load handling vehicles using a management logic and a control unit (4) coupled to each of the vehicles via a radio link. Each of the vehicles is provided with laser scanners for determining its position within the load handling range, supplied to the control unit together with the load availability of the vehicle, the management logic planning a control route for each vehicle via a multi-step process, transmitted back to the vehicle from the control unit. |
