PURPOSE:To make possible to carry out picture communication with a help of weak wave by equipping a transmit-receive antenna for a communication line with a help of a helical open-type coaxial cable of which external electric conductor is formed by winding an electric conductor tape around it coaxially at a distance of the stated space from internal electric conductor like a column.
