摘要 FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: carbon-carrying material includes electrode-active material, predominantly, fluorocarbon containing 58-67 per cent by mass of fluorine, binder, material increasing conductance of electrode-active material and pore-forming material in which capacity graphite fluoroxide is used. Method of manufacture of porous electrode includes operations of stage by stage mixing of components described above. At first stage graphite fluoroxide and electrode-active material are mixed, then this mixture is modified mainly by impact action to produce intermediate product which is mixed at second stage with binder and material increasing conductance of electrode-active material, later article is formed and thermally treated till pores are formed in structure of the latter without destruction. Electrodes using proposed material and manufactured by given process display increased specific energy characteristics. EFFECT: increased specific energy characteristics. 28 cl, 6 tbla
