FIELD: production of plate materials from cellulose-containing materials used in standard house building as internal structural materials. SUBSTANCE: plate material includes cellulose-containing raw materials and polyethylene wastes as binding agent. Cellulose-containing raw materials are used in the form of wood chips or sawdust, or wood fibers, or waste paper and additionally wastes of leather and/or footwear production presenting chippings-chips or split cuttings, or chrome leather cuttings, and/or cloth cutouts, and/or cuts of felt, and/or cuttings of artificial fur, and/or wool with the following quantities of components in material, %: cellulose-containing raw materials, 20-75; binding agent, 7-30; wastes of leather and/or footwear production, 5-50.
