PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for ink jet printing, capable of offering an image excellent in clarity and smoothness free from irritation by eliminating the granularity of image. SOLUTION: This method for ink jet printing comprises at least three processes of (a) a process for supplying an ink to a cloth by ink jet method, (b) a process for coloring the cloth supplied with the ink by heat treatment and (c) a process for washing the heat-treated cloth. In the method, two or more kinds of inks containing each a dye of the same hue and different in dye concentration contained are used, the ink having the lowest dye concentration among the two more inks has <=30dye/cm surface tension and the ink having the highest dye concentration has >=40dye/cm surface tension. |
