This apparatus was invented to solve the problems connected with having electrical plugs and cords exposed at the electrical outlet. Not only are the plugs and wires a potential hazard to children and pets but in addition, they are often unsightly and a definite inconvenience to clean around. This invention was made for the following main purposes: (a) To cover unsightly electrical outlets, cords and plugs with something safe, secure and aesthetically pleasing; (b) To protect children and pets from the danger of accidental electrocution; (c) To prevent plugs from being accidentally pulled from outlets.
