PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the failure of the blocking or reading/writing of a card. SOLUTION: A magnetic card 51 interposed between a driving belt 13 a driven belt 17 is carried on a card processing passage 5, and magnetic information is read and written by magnetic heads 21 and 22. Touch rollers 26 and 30 supported by one ends of levers 24 and 28 are pressurized to the magnetic heads 21 and 22 by springs 27 and 31. An operating plate 43 in which bent parts 45 and 46 engaged with engaging parts 24a and 28a of the levers 24 and 28 are formed is constituted so as to be freely movable to A and B directions. A roller 37 engaged with a long hole 47 of the operating plate 43 is fixed to one end of an operator 35 fixed to a motor shaft 34 of a geared motor 3. A shaking piece 39 constituted so as to be freely movable forwards and backwards in a recessed part 41 of a detecting sensor 40 is fixed to the motor shaft 34, and the initial rotational position of the motor shaft 34 is detected.
