PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the hooking of an optical fiber at the time of operation and work in a device and to lessen the danger that the optical fiber is damaged. SOLUTION: An optical fiber extra length treating section 2 consists of an elastic material having a circular truncated cone shape and has collar parts 1, 3 at its both ends. This collar part 1 is fixed to a cruciform bracket 6 fixed to a bracket in an optical communication device. Plural pieces of planar optical fiber holders 4 for pressing the optical fiber 7 loosely wound around the elastic material having the circular truncated cone to the elastic material and holding the same are fixed to this optical fiber extra length treating section 2. The one-side ends of these optical fiber holders 4 are moving pats 5 of a hinge shape, etc., and are fixed to the collar part 1 freely movably in the direction where these parts approach the elastic material and the direction where the parts part therefrom. The other-side ends are provided with locking parts 4a to be fitted to the lock receiving part 3a of the collar part 3. |
