The box comprises two half-boxes (10,12) defining a cavity for receiving a control module. Cooperating elements include a slidable link and an elastic locking element of one half-box on the other in a predetermined position, where one of the two half-boxes (10) holds an element of the lock (38) belonging to the other half-box in a window of the key (15) to operate as a block. The elastic locking element includes a boss (48) having a rectangular section and projecting into the cavity opposite the internal face of one of the half-boxes. Two wings (52) project into the cavity opposite the internal face of the other half-box, of which the separation is such that it frames the boss. The wings are arranged to mesh with one part and another of the boss.
