PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component supplying device by which a chip component can be sucked in a short time and properly. SOLUTION: This component-supplying device has a carrier tape 5 which stores chip components A in chip storing recesses 5a and is carried intermittently toward a chip sucked position P, a suppressor 4 which prevents the chip components A from falling off from the chip storing recesses 5a behind the chip sucked position P, and a shutter 3 which can slide back and forth on the carrier tape 5 in its extending direction and opens and closes the chip storing recesses 5a at the chip sucked position P. In this case, the shutter 3 is composed of a flat spring whose end 3a has such a width as to step over one chip storing recess 5a and which is extended aslant toward the carrier tape 5 to press it. In a sucked position-side part of the suppressor 4, a shutter clearance 4a is formed to receive the shutter 3 when the shutter recedes in the opening direction. |
