PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the frequent occurrence of operations which are different from the will of a calling subscriber due to the discontinuous outgoing calls, the attribute change, etc., by eliminating the discordant state if caused between an outgoing call and its corresponding reception answer signal. SOLUTION: A collation part 47 collates the attribute of the call sent to a communication network from a terminal TEL 42 and the attribute of the call that is shot by the reception answer signal produced from the communication network to the call sent from the TEL 42. Then a channel-based discordance counter 48 counts the discordance frequency of both attributes. A counter threshold comparison part 50 compares the threshold set previously at a threshold storage part 48 with the count frequency of the counter 48. Then a channel- based threshold excess counter 51 counts the times exceeding the threshold and sends this count value to a message output part 52. |
