Drinking straw with channels between flat surfaces

The drinking straw has two panels with flat opposite surfaces. Channels extend between the panels and are open at each end of the straw. The upper end (5) that is sucked is cut in a convex shape (9,10). The channels near the central longitudinal axis of the straw are longer than the outer channels. The outermost channels (7,8) are open along the edges of the straw. The channels are formed by longitudinal supple walls (14) which collapse when pressure is exerted on the panels.
