PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a beautiful appearance after a wiring box is attached by a method, wherein the main part of the box is so formed as to be freely expanded and contracted vertically. SOLUTION: A box 2 is composed of a bellows part 21, having a U-shaped plan view, a funnel part 22 which is extended from the lower edge part of the bellows part 21, so as to be narrowed downward and a trough-shaped connection part 23 which extends from the lower edge part of the funnel part 22. The bellows part 21 has wave-shaped bellows 24 over the whole length of its vertical cross-section. The connection part 23 is fitted to a wiring mall M, while the box main part 2 is pressed from top and bottom to have the box main part 2 in a vertically contracted state by the plastic deformation of the bellows part 21, and then the pressing force applied to the box main part 2 is released and a force is applied to the opposite direction, to expand the box main part 2 by the recovery from the plastic deformation of the bellows part 21. Then a flange part 3 is brought into contact with a ceiling plane C, in a state that a cut part 4 is mated with the wiring mall M, and the flange part 3 is fixed by a screw. As a result, a gap is eliminated, so that the wiring box can be attached to a corner part, while an unsightly appearance is avoided. |
