PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an appropriate intermediate value which meets a desired throughput through numerical calculation without performing any actual working process. SOLUTION: Based on pre-inputted basic data composed of information on the number of products, information on the working process order of a production line, and information on the required time of working process of each device on the production line, the model data on a series of working processes performed on works supplied to the production line until the works are discharged from the production line are prepared at the data conversion section 14 and the working processes are numerically executed in accordance with the model data. Consequently, the number of working processes per unit time and the working time required until the works are discharged from the production line, and the total number of works waiting for working processes on the production line can be calculated and, therefore, an appropriate number of works waiting for working processes which meets a desired number of processed works per unit time can be obtained as a whole for the production line without performing any actual working process. |
