<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote a right election by allowing a voice recognizing part to identify the authenticity of the voter and making it possible to listen to the contents of the pledge of a candidate at the time of voting to ease restriction concerning the time and place for the voting of an election and to improve the concern about politics. SOLUTION: A system control part 1 controls a voice response part 2 and a voice recognition part 3, and tabulates and manages the voting result. The part 2 sends guidance for a generation request, etc., to a call originator (voter) 6 with an instruction from the part 1 and sends registering information such as the contents of the candidate's pledge as voice information with an instruction from the call originator 6. The part 3 identifies whether a voice outputted from the call originator and a voiceprint registered in a registered voice database 4 are coincident with each other and informs the part 1 of the result. The database 4 registers and stores the voiceprint of plural voters necessitated for recognizing voice.</p> |
