Barbecue with water container under hearth

The barbecue has a container for water (2) placed under the grill (1) that holds the charcoal. The evaporation of the water releases oxygen to accelerate the combustion of the charcoal. The water container can slide on rails to extract it and it is made of material resistant to heat such as aluminium. It is equal in size to the heating surface of the barbecue. It can hold a small container to hold fuel to heat the charcoal.
