PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide highly reliable ceramic electronic components which can be sucked surely to a vacuum suction nozzle and does not crack when the components are sucked to the nozzle. SOLUTION: The thicknesses (t) of the external electrodes of ceramic electronic components which have a length L of <=1.0mm, height H of <=0.5mm, and width W of <=0.5mm and the external electrodes creeping from both end faces of the electronic components ceramic to the peripheral surfaces of both end sections of the components are set at <=10μm and <=H/30.
