PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophoretic analytical method and its apparatus by which a plurality of fluorescence-labeled samples are analyzed in an identical lane. SOLUTION: A plurality of kinds of phosphors are used as energy donors, energy acceptor molecules are excited by an energy movement from them, and light is emitted. A sample for sequencing of a plurality of DNA samples is mixed, and it is supplied to one electrophoretic starting point of gel capillaries 1. Capillaries 4 which are faced with the gel capillaries 1 by keeping prescribed intervals are arranged at the inside of a sheath flow cell 3 into which a sheath solution is injected, and a sheath flow is formed at the inside of the sheath flow cell 3. A laser 5'-1 and a laser 5'-2 are irradiated so as to be separated by about 0.5mm at the inside of the sheath flow cell 3. Fluorescent beam images which are radiated from fluorescence-labeled DNA fragments at respective intervals are condensed, they are split by a splitting filter 9 which is composed of a first filter to a fourth filter and by a splitting prism 10, they are image-formed and detected by a two-dimensional detector 8, a prescribed processing operation is executed, and base sequence information is obtained. Thereby, many kinds of organism-related substances such as DNA or the like can be discriminated easily. |
