摘要 |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To read out emitted fluorescence by converting a light selected from an optical filter means into an electric signal and subjecting the electric signal to a desired processing thereby removing an exciting waveform component at high efficiency. SOLUTION: A cuvette 11 is irradiated with a light 12 from a laser light source 10 and an emitted fluorescent light is passed through a first condenser lens 13 and converted into a parallel light. A fluorescent light component passed through an interference filter 14 is further condensed through a second condenser lens 15 before entering into a photomultiplier 16. The photomultiplier 16 converts the fluorescent light component collected through the lens 15 into an electric signal which is then amplified through an amplifier 17 and inputted to an A/D conversion circuit 18. The conversion circuit 18 converts the analog electric signal into a digital signal which is then stored in a data processor 19 and subjected to a specified data processing. |
