PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a busy state even when a terminal device with a representative number is called by a off-hook operation by transmitting state information on a terminal device to a base station side over a control channel. SOLUTION: Each terminal device sends state information showing its on- hook or off-hook state to a line control unit of the base station and the line control unit detects the on-hook state of the terminal device and performs control so that channel specification will not be given to the terminal device. |
