PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position registration information management system of a mobile communication system which can properly perform position registration without changing the identifier of a mobile terminal even if the mobile terminal changes its home area. SOLUTION: The presence areas of mobile terminals in areas A and B as their home areas are registered in HLRs 11 and 12 provided by the areas A and B, etc., and the presence area of another mobile terminal which has entered the area from another area is registered in a VLR; and the home areas of all mobile terminals are registered in a management control unit 2500 corresponding to all the mobile terminals, and even when a mobile terminal changes its home area, its identifier need not be changed. |
