PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a manufacturing process and to improve displaying quality by providing a metallic light shielding film individually covering almost whole surface of plural transparent electrodes formed in a peripheral area surrounding the lighting area of a substrate. SOLUTION: In a peripheral area functioning as a light shielding area surrounding a lighting area on the center of a substrate, plural transparent electrodes 35 for pulling out one end of a common line transparent electrode 33 to a connection terminal area are formed in the oblique direction while gathering them together. Plural dummy transparent electrodes 36, 37 are formed so as to fill up the surrounding gaps of the transparent electrodes 35 for pulling out. Light shielding films are formed. On the plural transparent electrodes 35 for pulling out and the dummy transparent electrodes 36, 37, light shielding films are formed. The light shielding film divides metallic plated patterns formed on the respective electrodes 35-37 into plural cells S1-S3 of quadrangle- and parallelogram-shapes and it is formed by the assembly of the plural cells S1-S3.
