PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a conference participant having an individual terminal equipment to select and see a desired part of a desired paper material freely by displaying image information received from a conference room terminal equipment via a private communication channel on each individual terminal equipment. SOLUTION: When the operation of changing a start of display or a displayed part of a talker side conference material is conducted, each conference room terminal equipment 6 displays the talker side conference room material on a common display device 7 according to the designated operation and sends display information to an individual terminal equipment 5 connected by an internal communication channel 24. The user of each terminal equipment 5 sets the necessity of display as to the talker side conference material, the size of display, upper or lower overlapping between a hearer side conference material and the talker side conference material to be displayed by using an operation control menu displayed on and individual display means 12 and an individual terminal operation control means 15. Each terminal equipment 5 displays received display information on the individual display means 12 according to the set display conditions. |
