REMOTE MONITORING SYSTEM FOR AIR CONDITIONER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote monitoring system for an air conditioner in which an installing expenditure and a maintaining expenditure of the remote monitoring system for the air conditioner can be reduced and an occurrence of abnormal state of the air conditioner can be prevented in advance. SOLUTION: A signal indicating an operating state of equipment in an air conditioner system 2 or occurrence of abnormal state therein is transmitted to an informing means 10 of another building facility system through a building facility total network 1. This signal is transmitted from the information means 10 to a remote monitoring means 13 through a communication line 12, thereby the remote monitoring means 13 and informing means 10 and communication line 12 are commonly used together with an elevator system 7 acting as equipment for the remote monitoring device in a building facility equipment other than the air conditioner. With such an arrangement as above, it is possible to take a countermeasure in advance before the equipment shows an abnormal state.
