PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device such that flicker and switching noises can be suppressed at low cost even when the power supply is made into a universal one. SOLUTION: In an image forming device in which an unfixed toner image on an image carrier is fixed by a film heating type fixing device, when the results (4a to 4c) of detection of service supply voltage show that the service supply voltage is low, phase control (4d) is performed to prevent flicker; if the voltage is high, wave number control (4c) is performed to perform control of the power of a heater (4f to 4l) while preventing switching noises. |
