PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the transfer frequency of data from a processing program to table calculation software and to speed up operation. SOLUTION: A processing program 11 to be executed in a personal computer 10 collects data obtained from a database 31, prepares data to be outputted as a document and transfers the prepared data to an output file 13 in table calculation software 12. The file 13 is composed of an output part 15 prepared by a layout to be practically outputted and a data part 14 for receiving transferred data and the software 12 receives a command from the program 11 and outputs only the output part 15 as an output document 21 by its printing function. |
