PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively use limited line capacitance by selecting a buffer by means of the ratio of times, in accordance with the priority degree of the plural buffers, taking-out a packet and transmitting it, when the packet is transmitted to a line. SOLUTION: The packet to be transmitted to a line 2 is read from a LAN reception buffer 13, stored in a line-transmitting buffer 16 with a priority degree judging part 14 and a packet storing processing part 15, taken-out by a packet selection-transmitting part 17 (or a packet taking-out transmitting part 18) from the line-transmitting buffer 16 and transmitted. Then, the priority degree- judging part 14 judges the priority degree of the packet coming from LAN, based on the previously set priority degree judging condition information. Moreover, the packet selection-transmitting part 17 selects the buffer by the ratio of the times, in accordance with the priority degree of the plural buffers, takes- out the packet and transmits it when the packet is transmitted to the line 2. |
