PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color filter in which excellent adhesion with a substrate is obtd., blurs are suppressed to such a level that causes no problem, and high contrast display is possible, and to provide a production method of this color filter, and a color photosensitive resin compsn. and color image forming material from which the color filter can be produced. SOLUTION: This compsn. consists of a polymer prepared by polymn. of unsatd. carboxylic acid and unsatd. monomers copolymerizable with the carboxylic acid, at least one kind of monomer having at least one unsatd. bond in one molecule, a photopolymn. initiator, a dye having >=200 deg.C thermal decomposition temp. and a thermosetting agent which causes crosslinking reaction at 130 to 250 deg.C. The compsn. contains, by weight, 20 to 77% polymer, 20 to 60% to monomer, 0.01 to 20% photopolymn. initiator, 1 to 30% dye and 1 to 40% thermosetting agent of the sum weight of the polymer, monomers, photopolymn. initiator, dye and thermosetting agent. |
