PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an electrode layer shape be accurate and to eliminate blotting and thinning by forming recesses matched with an expanded conductor for coupling and an extension conductor on a magnetic block end face, performing immersion, forming an electrode layer and then, grinding a surface. SOLUTION: Dielectric powder is put inside a mold, the outer shape of a dielectric magnetic block 2 is determined and the recesses 20a and 20b whose plane shape and position are matched with the expanded conductor 6 for coupling and the extension conductor 10 are formed on an open end face 8 by press work. Then, after forming a through-hole 4, it is sintered, it is immersed and the electrode layer 21 is formed. Thereafter, the grinding work of the open end face 8 to the depth of the recesses 20a and 20b is performed, the electrode layer 21 present inside the recesses 20a and 20b of the surface is left and the expanded conductor 6 and the extension conductor 10 are formed. Further, an input/output pad 9 is eliminated so as to be insulated from an outer conductor 7 through a U-shaped exposed part 23. Thus, the shape of the electrode layer is accurately stipulated, blotting and thinning are eliminated and a stable pattern is formed. |
