PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve carrier mobility or electric conduction degree and improve response velocity and characteristics of a driving voltage by making an electronic element satisfy a specific expression. SOLUTION: In an electronic element formed by installing at least two electrodes on conjugate high polymer, principal chain of conjugate high polymer is formed by uniaxial orientation between at least two electrodes and the electronic element satisfies dmin <Lmin .|cosθ|where Lmin is a number average molecular chain length of conjugate high polymer, dmin is a minimum length in line length connecting one point of one electrode of the two electrodes and one point of the other electrode andθis an angle formed by a line having a minimum length and an orientation direction of main chain of conjugate high polymer. According to such a structure, carrier which propagates inside molecular chain alone is generated in carrier which propagates between the electrodes. Therefore, it is possible to operate an electronic element at an extremely rapid velocity and a low voltage.
