PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously measure the concns. of a plurality of hemoglobin derivatives in an undiluted non-hemolytic whole blood sample by widely avoiding the use of repeated mathmatically analyzing method bringing about an increase in cost. SOLUTION: At least two measuring arrangement mechanisms for catching spectra of one center light 7 and at least one scattered light 9 are provided. The detection of the center light 7 emitted from the first measuring place a0 in a cuvette 1 is performed at the first measuring position m0 on the axis 4' of primary light 4 and the detection of the scattered light 9 is performed at the second measuring position m1 separated from the first measuring place m0 and, at this time, the axes 4', 9' of the center line 7 and one or a plurality of scattered light 9 form an angleα1 and an analyser 10 is equipped with an apparatus 11 calculating the concns. of (n) kinds of hemoglobin derivatives from at least 2n measured values caught by at least two measuring arrangement mechanism and a previously determined inspection matrix.
