PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively select the telephone numbers by measuring the use frequency of call numbers serving as the communication destinations for every communication by plural measuring methods and deciding the priority of every call number based on plural results. SOLUTION: The transmission frequency corresponding to the telephone numbers of the call destinations are increased when the calls are finished in the working hours. At the same time, the success frequency are increased only when the communication destinations talk on the telephones. These success frequency are arranged in the order of transmission frequency and then shown at a display part 4 in the order of arrangement when the telephone numbers are selected. At the same time, the success frequency are also shown at the part 4 when the calls are finished in the private hours. Thus, it's possible to display and select the telephone numbers in the order of priority accordant with the telephone using forms when the opposite parties are called in both working and private hours. |
