<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize a data delay in the case of exchanging of data in different frame format forms by using a memory. SOLUTION: A phase difference detection means 8 counts a phase difference between a high-order frame phase signal and a low-order frame phase signal and provides an output of phase difference information 8a. A write address generating means 2 assigns a write address 2a of a memory 1 writing data of a high-order frame phase signal, independently of or based on the high-order frame phase signal. Furthermore, a read-address generating means 9 dynamically reserves a required and optimum time from data write to data read to absorb a tentative difference between a write speed and a read speed, based on the phase difference information 8a from the phase difference detection means 8, so as to assign a read address 9a.</p> |
