METHOD FOR INSPECTING CCD CAMERA

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the procedure inspection and to improve its efficiency. SOLUTION: A cap 20 having a body 21 consisting of a disc part 21a forming a through hole 22 on its approximate center and a cylindrical part 21b is attached to a lens mount 3 of a body 1 for a CCD camera A intead of a lens block to execute inspection. The cap 20 can be attached/detached to/from the body 1 by one operation without rotating it like a lens block. The through hole 22 is set up to a dimension capable of displaying dirts sticking to a CCD image pickup element 2 on the screen of a monitor device 15 at the time of photographing a white chart 16. Since the cap 20 can be attached to the body 1 without any adjustment and inspection can be visiually executed by the monitor device 15 only by photographing the chart 16 illuminated by a high frequency lighting equipment 17, the procedure of inspection can be simplified and the efficiency of inspection can be improved.
