The transportation tank for fluids or powders has filling holes (8) and an emptying hole (9). Before loading with material a flexible pocket (50) is placed in it. The pocket which completely covers the tank internal surface can be removed after emptying the tank. The pocket is introduced through a hole in the tank and inflated. The tank contains a principal wall corresponding to its internal volume and a number of developments (58) each corresponding to a tank opening. In the emptying hole and the air inlet hole sleeves (59,60) are fitted. Pressurised air is introduced in the inlet sleeve so that the pocket can be deployed inside the tank.
