PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a terminal equipment able to reproduce compressed video data in an arbitrary format from the middle, by providing a writing means for writing data into a storage means and a reading means for successively reading the compressed video data written into the storage means, and sending them out to a read terminal from which a transmission request is issued, or the like. SOLUTION: When the compressed video data are sent out to a network 8, a network I/F 1/2art 1 of a video server system 10 reports the compressed video data to a request discrimination part 2. When the write of data is discriminated, the request discriminating part 2 transfers the data to a write control part 3. According to a write address reported from an address control part 4, the write control part 3 writes the received compressed video data to a storage part 11. Then, when there is the transmission request of compressed video data from a calling terminal 20, a call control part 7 reads the compressed video data out of the storage part 11 for every identifier and sends out these data through the network 8 to each terminal 20 together with the identifier. |
