PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive television unit for a bathroom in which it is possible to easily listen to the sound from a television receiver. SOLUTION: This television unit for a bathroom is provided with a television receiver 5, front and rear cases 18 and 20 for housing the television receiver 5, and a fan 9 for cooling the television receiver. The rear case 18 is fixed by inserting a projecting part 19 provided at the outside wall part into an opening 17 provided at a bathroom wall, and the cooling fan 9 is fixed through a soft formed body to the rear case 18. Also, the television receiver 5 is provided with an built-in speaker part 21, and one part of the front case 20 opposed to this built-in speaker part 21 is provided with a vibrating film 22. Therefore, it is not necessary to provide a water-tight speaker so that cost-down can be attained, and a noise generated due to the vibration of the cooling fan itself can be prevented while the increase of the temperature of the television receiver can be suppressed. |
