<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently draw and dismount a bypass line, used for securing the current application of a distribution line during its restringing construction. SOLUTION: While feeding a drawing rope (R) from a first working field Ea this is taken-up in a second working field Eb. Also, fastening successively to this drawing rope R fed in the foregoing way mobile metallic wheels (K) in the close position to an initial-end pole Ha of a restringing zone, the respective fastened mobile metallic wheels K are towed by the drawing rope R and are moved to the side of the second working field Eb to draw a bypass line (C). When dismounting the bypass line C, moving the respective mobile metallic wheels K to the side of the first working field Ea by taking up the drawing rope R in the first field Ea, the mobile metallic wheels K reaching successively the close position to the initial-end pole Ha, in response to their foregoing movement, are taken off from the bupass line C, to dismount the bypass line C at the same time.</p> |
