PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize with a simple constitution the frequency of a transmitter, the frequency of a local oscillator of a receiver and the passing frequency of an intermediate frequency filter respectively. SOLUTION: A transmitter T applies N-multiple (N: a positive integer) via a multiplier 9 to the vibration of a reference oscillator 8, having its frequency equal to the passing frequency f0 of an intermediate frequency filter 7 of a receiver R. The multiplied vibration of the oscillator 8 is emitted from an antenna 3, via a modulator 2. A local oscillator of the receiver R has the frequency obtained, by applying (N±1)-multiple to a reference oscillator 10 of the frequency f0 via a multiplier 11. The frequency of the local oscillator is outputted through a mixer 5 and the filter 7. In such a constitution, both oscillators 8 and 10 and the filter 7 can consist of the elements of the same standard and therefore vary in the same way with respect to the temperature change, the secular change and the power change, etc. Thus, the effects from these changes are canceled.
