PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile radiophone radio base station whose sector constitution can freely be altered according to traffic amount. SOLUTION: The mobile radiophone base station 1 is functionally divided into one or plural transmission and reception parts 2 consisting of one or plural transmission and reception boards which perform transmission to and reception from mobile equipment and a common control part 3 which process incoming and outgoing signals to and from the respective transmission and reception parts, and the common communication part 3 is functionally divided into a CPU which allows a communication between each transmission and reception part and a host device, a highway interface which performs conversion and repeating of the bus of the CPU and a serial highway, and a time-division switch which performs distribution and composition between time slots on the serial highway and time slots on branch serial highways. Then the respective transmission and reception parts are arranged corresponding to sectors of mobile radiophone base stations and connected to the time-division switch through the branch serial highways. |
