PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inform of the position of a baggage, a transport case or the like by ringing a large sound alarm from the baggage or the like before the cash or the like is taken out the baggage or the like at the time of snatch or cash robbery. SOLUTION: A ratio call equipment 1 such as a so-called packet pager is provided with an output terminal capable of sending a receiving signal to a radio call alarm ringer device 2. The ringer device 2 is provided with a comparator 22 for comparing the receiving signal with a previously set cipher signal. When an alarm signal called and dialed from a general telephone set coincides with the set cipher signal, the comparator 22 outputs a drive signal to a drive circuit 24 to drive a loud-speaking means 25.
