Emergency chute set, for escape from elevated train cabin

The chute set comprises an upper part with an entrance opening and a sliding path which is in the form of a vertical spiral. It also has overlapping exit openings with sliding clasp fastener or burr-type fasteners. The external surroundings can be viewed through viewing panels, or an outer skin which is in the form of a net, in order to determine whether a ground-level exit can be effected at each chute level. The set may also have a frame structure which can be folded, swung, or pulled out from the region of the door of an elevated cabin, either manually or automatically, in order to alloy deployment of the chute.
