The bookmark comprises two overlying sheets a,b bonded together by adhesive portions 14,15 along upper and side edges for attachment over the corner of a sheet 6. An elongate marker 1 is attached by adhesive to the side edge 10. The marker 1 may also be used independently and includes a permanent or repositionable adhesive initially protected by a removable layer (3, Fig 1).
