There are auxiliary systems for storage and intermediate retention of new or old parts or for the intermediate retention of dismantled parts are arranged. Before the commencement of the processing of a wheel (8) or of the individual processing measures, an automatically evolving measurement or determination of all data necessary for the processing of the wheel with sensor devices and processing of the data for constituting control commands are carried out.
