The invention relates to small aquatic animals having taken up one or more bioactive agents for use in the treatment or prophylaxis of animals, in particular fish and shellfish. The bioactive agents are for example immunoglobulins and the treatment consists of passive immunisation of fish and shellfish larvae. The small aquatic animals are for example zooplankton, such as species of the genus Artemia, rotifera and/or copepoda. The invention further relates to a delivery form for administering one or more bioactive agents to small aquatic animals in particular live zooplankton, comprising a blend of one or more edible oils; one or more bioactive agents, and one or more emulsifiers.
