<p>Diagnostic methods employing antibodies which bind to prostate antigen phk2 or hk2 and which do not significantly react with prostate specific antigen hk3 are provided. Also provided are methods to detect hK2 complex formation. The methods are useful in the diagnosis of prostate cancer.</p> |
