Crushed tar-containing building material

Crushed tar-containing building materials mixed with a cementitious binder is used as rolled concrete for road, path and site consolidation. Preferably, the tar-containing building material is crushed to up to 4 mm particle size, and the binder is cement PZ 45. When the crushed building material has high tar and bitumen contents, it is preferably mixed into the binder with addition of other building materials, especially recycled building materials and/or sand. Preferably, 70 wt.% crushed tar-containing building material is mixed with 0-30 wt.% recycled building material and 30-0 wt.% sand.
