<p>A morpholinyl derivative of formula (2) wherein: R1 is methoxy, hydroxy or hydrogen, R2 is hydrogen or hydroxy, R3 is a C1-C5 alkoxy group, and the chiral carbon atom configuration at the 2' and 3' positions are 2'(S), 3'(R), 3'(S), or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
