The invention discloses a gliding equipment in particular for practising ice skating or hard surface skating, made of a frame (5) defined by lateral flanges (10) on which are mounted the gliding element(s) such as a blade or wheels (6) and an upper plate (4) to be integral with the external sole of a skater's boot. The invention is characterised in that the frame (5) is made of a hollow body (A) hermetically closed, transversally as well as longitudinally, defining the lateral flanges (10), the upper plate (4) and the end parts.
