The invention concerns the preparation of granulates of hexahydropyrazine derivatives which can be administered orally, these granulates being prepared by mixing the active substance in the presence of suitable solvents with hydrophobic carrier substances optionally in the presence of auxiliary substances. The resultant mixture is optionally converted into further ready-to-use forms.
